This Lucan kitchen kept its L-shaped footprint through the renovation, but almost nothing else about it stayed the same. The old cabinets were a patchwork of individually framed doors showing their age, wall storage stopped well short of the ceiling on both walls, and the splashback was pieced together from small, dated tiles. Kitchens4U replaced […]
In Rathfarnham, Dublin, this kitchen had never quite kept pace with how the household actually used it. A freestanding cooker split the worktop in two, the fridge stood apart from the rest of the units with nothing built in around it, and storage was limited to a handful of separate wall cabinets with gaps above […]
This Malahide kitchen had reached the point where the family had simply outgrown it. The fridge stood on its own with no cabinetry around it, a separate dining table was doing double duty as extra worktop space, and there was nowhere near enough enclosed storage for everyday use. Kitchens4U rebuilt the room around a full-height […]
In Swords, Dublin, this one-wall kitchen had been quietly running out of storage for years. Aoife wanted to keep everything on the single wall — cooking, washing up and the washing machine — but with proper doors and drawers in place of the gaps and exposed pipework that had built up over time. Kitchens4U replaced […]
This Drumcondra kitchen was a traditional U-shaped room with warm oak-effect cabinet doors, a freestanding cooker sitting loose in the middle of the run, and wall cabinets scattered unevenly across the walls. The kitchen retained its original U-shaped footprint but was redesigned with Graphite handleless cabinetry, a built-in oven and hob, and a wider peninsula […]
This Clontarf kitchen is a small L-shaped room that had never really been finished off. Three separate wall cabinets left gaps of bare tile above the worktop, one run of base units was open rather than enclosed, and a dishwasher sat exposed under the counter on the far wall. The brief was straightforward: replace the […]
This Raheny kitchen renovation shows how a narrow galley room can gain far more storage and character without losing the clear walkway that makes the layout practical. Kitchens4U replaced the tired cream units with Berwick Denim Shaker cabinetry, added a full second storage run and balanced the deeper colour with Snow White laminate worktops and […]
This Raheny kitchen renovation shows how a compact U-shaped layout can be made brighter, calmer and far more practical without trying to force extra features into the room. Kitchens4U replaced the worn cream cabinetry with Monroe Light Grey Painted Timber Shaker doors, introduced Black Andromeda laminate worktops and reorganised the cooking wall to create a […]
This Santry kitchen renovation shows how a narrow room can gain more storage and usable worktop space without feeling crowded. Kitchens4U replaced the older cabinetry with Tribeca White Grey Superior Matt doors, retained a straightforward galley arrangement and added a second fitted run on the opposite wall. The result is a brighter, more useful kitchen […]
This Raheny kitchen renovation shows how an older L-shaped kitchen can be made brighter, more practical and more complete without adding an island. Kitchens4U replaced the dated cream cabinetry with Fenwick White Grey Natural Woodgrain Shaker doors, introduced white quartz worktops, improved the tall storage and brought the oven into a cleaner fitted arrangement. Project […]
This Clontarf kitchen renovation shows how a compact older kitchen can be turned into a strong, characterful fitted kitchen without needing an island. Kitchens4U replaced the dated cream cabinets and freestanding appliances with an indigo blue Shaker layout, white marble-effect quartz worktops, integrated oven and microwave housing, and warm rose gold finishing details. Project Overview […]
This Glasnevin kitchen renovation shows how an older L-shaped kitchen can be rebuilt into a brighter, more practical fitted kitchen without losing the familiar working flow of the room. Kitchens4U replaced the worn cream cabinetry with Lincoln Superior Matt Vinyl Shaker doors in light grey, added white quartz worktops, improved tall storage, and brought the […]
