1. Eligibility for Returns

• Standard (non-custom) products such as Worktops may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Item

• Custom-made or made-to-order products (including bespoke kitchens, cabinets, and wardrobes) are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.
• Installed or used items cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos as evidence.
• A replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly.
