  1. Make sure the delivery truck can reach the address and there is a clear, dry space for the cabinets. Cover the floor if you are worried about marks.
  2. Count the packages against the delivery document before the driver leaves, and check their condition.
  3. Write any visible damage or missing items on the delivery document before you sign.
  4. Check the products and tell us about any damage or fault within 5 days: +353 1 541 4410 or info@kitchens4u.ie.
  5. Keep any damaged item and its packaging so we can inspect it. We replace damaged items free of charge.

Questions before you buy

What is in the example kitchen set?

Ten flat pack cabinets for a 3m × 3m L-shaped kitchen: a 700mm sink base, a 950mm L-shaped corner base, a 400mm 3-drawer base, a 400mm base, a 500mm larder (1970mm), two 400mm wall units, a 900mm wall unit, a 600mm wall unit and a 70/30 fridge freezer housing (1970mm), all with doors and hinges. Added as a set it is €3,363.33 incl. VAT, 20% off the same cabinets bought separately (€4,204.16). Worktops, sink, tap, handles and appliances are extra.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Dispatch within 10 working days for this range, counted from a confirmed, paid order. Delivery after dispatch is usually 1–5 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over €5,000. Smaller orders get a delivery quote based on your address and order size.

What do I need to assemble flat pack cabinets?

Every cabinet is cut and pre-drilled and comes with its fixings, hinges and adjustable legs. Step-by-step assembly instructions for each cabinet type are on this page. Handles are sold separately.

Can I get these cabinets pre-assembled?

Yes. The same door, colour and sizes are available pre-assembled, built and ready to fit: see Tribeca Linen Superior Matt.

What if something arrives damaged?

Check the number and condition of the packages before you sign the delivery document, and note anything that looks wrong. If a product is damaged or faulty, tell us within 5 days on +353 1 541 4410 or by email and keep it so we can inspect it. Damaged items are replaced and delivered free of charge.

Can I see the door before I order?

Yes. Order a sample door of this range, and sample buyers get a one-time €120 code for a kitchen order over €3,000. You can also see every range at our Dublin showroom.

Are handles and worktops included?

No. Prices are for cabinets with doors and hinges. Handles, worktops, sink, tap and appliances are sold separately, and installation is available across the Republic of Ireland for an additional fee.
