Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. A full refund will be issued once the cancellation is confirmed.
After 24 hours, orders may have entered processing or dispatch. Cancellation requests after this period may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover handling and processing costs.

Orders After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
If you experience a confirmed quality issue after delivery, please contact our customer service team. We may offer a refund, replacement parts, or a replacement product, with reasonable costs covered by us.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer requiring the item:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• A 30% handling fee may apply
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

Exclusions

Returns and after-sales support do not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect assembly, misuse, modifications, or improper handling
• Accidents, liquid damage, or unsuitable usage conditions
• Events outside our control, including fire, flooding, storms, or other unexpected incidents

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.
