Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how Kitchens4U.ie (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from us.

1. General Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while recognising that many of our products are made to order or customised.

All returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products include, but are not limited to:

  • Kitchen cabinets
  • Doors
  • Panels
  • Cornice, pelmet, and accessories
  • Any product manufactured to customer-selected specifications

Made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This is because these items are manufactured specifically to customer requirements and cannot be resold.

Exceptions may apply only where:

  • The product is proven to be faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • The incorrect product has been supplied

3. Standard (Non–Made-to-Order) Products

Standard products may be eligible for return subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Return approval must be obtained from Kitchens4U.ie before sending any items back.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds do not include return shipping costs

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or incorrect supply, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographic evidence and additional information to assess the issue.

Confirmed manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.
