Senior Kitchen Sales Designer – Retail & Trade
Turn homeowner enquiries into well-designed kitchen and bedroom orders, and build trade relationships for larger contract orders. Retail first, with dedicated time for trade growth. You'll take clients from concept to completion and hit agreed targets.
What you'll do
- Respond to website, phone and showroom enquiries; understand budgets, layouts and timescales
- Prepare kitchen designs, presentations and itemised quotations
- Advise on cabinetry, doors, worktops and storage
- Follow up quotes, negotiate within agreed limits and close profitable orders
- Build relationships with builders and renovation contractors; prepare trade proposals
- Keep opportunities and forecasts up to date in Zoho CRM
- Confirm designs, measurements and order details before handover to operations
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in both kitchen sales and design
- Articad, Fusion 2020 or similar, with examples of completed work
- Freehand sketching
- Installation knowledge and site survey ability
- In-depth knowledge of Irish kitchen supply materials
- Proven sales targets achieved while protecting margin
- Confidence developing new business and following up

Lead Kitchen Fitter / Installation Team Leader
Lead our team of fitters and coordinate every kitchen and wardrobe project from approved drawing to handover, on time. You'll organise logistics, trades and subcontractors, work closely with sales and materials logistics, and at times be on the tools yourself.
What you'll do
- Review approved drawings and plan materials orders with designers
- Plan daily tasks, materials logistics and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality workmanship from in-house trades and subcontractors
- Resolve technical and scheduling issues with designers and trades
- Spot discrepancies early and get changes approved first
- Keep sites safe, tidy and organised; record progress and completion photos
- Complete quality checks, customer handovers and snag fixes on time
What you'll bring
- 2+ years fitting kitchens and cabinetry
- Proven ability to lead a small installation team
- Strong drawing interpretation and on-site problem-solving
- Reliable, detail-focused, clear communicator
- Relevant trade training or equivalent experience
- Full clean driving licence; able to travel between sites
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
