Ordering, Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Bank of Ireland Merchant Services. We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store, process, or have access to your card details at any stage.
No. You can place an order without creating an account. You may choose to save your details at checkout for faster ordering in the future.
Yes. All online payments are encrypted and processed through secure systems provided by Bank of Ireland. Kitchens4U.ie does not store any credit or debit card information.
Yes. Phone orders are accepted. Card payments made by phone are processed securely through card terminals, and no payment data is retained by Kitchens4U.ie.
Prices shown on our website are for the listed products only. Additional costs such as delivery, installation, customisation or accessories may apply and will be clearly confirmed before order completion.
We do not offer formal price matching. However, we aim to provide competitive pricing alongside professional design support, reliable supply and after-sales service.
Kitchen pricing depends on cabinet size, layout complexity, door style, internal fittings, worktops, delivery and installation requirements. Our team ensures pricing is transparent and tailored to your project.
Order changes may be possible before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
For certain orders, a deposit may be required. Deposit terms will be clearly explained during quotation or checkout.

Many of our kitchen cabinets and components are made to order, based on customer-selected specifications or standard configurations shown on our website.
Yes. Sample doors are available to help you assess door style, colour and finish before placing a full kitchen order.
Sample door quantities may be limited. Samples are intended for style and finish assessment only.
Flat Pack cabinets are supplied unassembled and require on-site assembly. Fitted cabinets are supplied fully assembled, saving installation time.
Internal fittings and accessories are not always included as standard. Any included or optional accessories will be clearly listed on the product page or quotation.
Yes. Many customers combine different cabinet styles or configurations. Our designers can advise on achieving a cohesive final look.
Product images, colours, and dimensions are provided for guidance only. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or material characteristics.
No. Made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
Delivery timeframes depend on the product type (standard or made to order). Estimated delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order or quotation.
Delivery charges may be calculated based on cabinet quantity, product type (Flat Pack or Fitted), order size, and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown during checkout or quotation.
Where possible, orders are delivered together. In some cases, items may be delivered in separate shipments depending on availability.
Timed or weekend delivery may not always be available. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific delivery requirements.
Missed deliveries may result in re-delivery charges. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the agreed time.

Yes, installation services may be provided directly by Kitchens4U.ie or through approved third-party installers, depending on the project.
Yes. You may use your own installer. Please note that Kitchens4U.ie cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from third-party installation.
No. Electrical and plumbing work must be carried out by qualified tradespeople and is not included unless stated otherwise.
Yes. Installation guidance or drawings may be provided depending on the project.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Yes. Our products are covered by a limited warranty. Full details are available in our Warranty Policy.
No. The warranty covers the product only and does not include labour, installation, or transport costs unless explicitly stated.
Standard items may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch. Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Any damage or faults should be reported as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours.
Yes — all product prices on our website include VAT, so there are no additional VAT charges added at checkout.
