We supply both standard and made-to-order kitchen products, including but not limited to cabinets, doors, panels, accessories, and fitted kitchen solutions.

Product images, descriptions, and dimensions are for guidance only. Minor variations may occur.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are manufactured specifically to customer-selected specifications or dimensions shown on our website.

Made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where goods are proven to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Manufacturing and dispatch time for made-to-order products is typically 10–15 working days.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

All orders placed through the website or by phone are subject to acceptance by Kitchens4U.ie.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been received and order confirmation has been issued.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on product type and location.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly communicated during checkout or quotation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access and suitable delivery conditions at the delivery address.

7. Installation & Third Parties

Where installation services are arranged, they may be carried out by Kitchens4U.ie or approved third parties.

Kitchens4U.ie is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party contractors not directly appointed by us.

8. Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-made-to-order) products may be eligible for return subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Made-to-order products are non-returnable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect supply.

9. Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited warranty as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitchens4U.ie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied.
