Below are Frequently Asked Questions :

What payments do you accept through your website ?
All payments are processed through Bank Of Ireland Merchant Services which accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are 100% secure and are processed through secure servers. We will never have access to your card details at any stage.

Do I need to create an account to order of your website ?
No, you do not need to register your details with us, you can however click remember my details when you place an order and this will remember your name, address and email

Is ordering online safe through your website ?
Yes, 100% all orders are processed through Bank of Ireland's Payment Acceptance using their encrypted systems. We will never have access to your card details at any stage and we do not store any credit or debit card information ourselves. Also you can use our Direct Bank Transfer system where details of your order and our bank referencing details are sent to you so you can pay by Direct Bank Transfer using online banking or in your local bank branch. People using the Direct Bank Transfer method will be notified that their order has been received and will not be processed until payment in full is made to our bank account. We will notify customers when payment is received into our bank account.

Is it possible to save my credit card for reordering ?
No. We do not save and store any bank details.

Do you share any of my information with anyone else ?
No. All information is not shared with any third party.

How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, you will receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.) If we feel that part or all of your order is not complete we will contact you by telephone using the details on your order form to discuss and correct your order if necessary.

Ordering and Paying over the phone.
We accept phone orders from customers. When ordering by phone and paying by Debit or Credit Card you details are automatically logged into our BOIPA card machine or virtual terminal. No data is recorded by us or stored by us. Phone order customers are then issued with an email with an invoice and a copy of their BOIPA receipt from the machine or virtual terminal as confirmation that their order payment has been successful.

Are made to order products returnable
Made to order products (doors, cabinets, panels, cornice, pelmet and other accessories) are made to order to customer specifications or to specifications displayed on our website. Made to order goods take up to 10 to 15 working days to manufacture and dispatch. These goods are non-returnable. In specific situations we will accept returns.
